An American television personality author, political satirist, magazine editor, humorist as well as a blogger Greg Gutfeld was born on 12th September 1964 in San Mateo, California. He is the son of Alfred Gutfeld and Jackie Gutfeld. He went to attend Junipero Serra High School. Later, he went on to join University of California, Berkeley from where he got graduated in 1987 with a degree in English. He was raised as a Catholic and he was once an altar boy. After completing his graduation, he interned as an assistant to conservative writer R. Emmett Tyrrell at The American Apectator.

He then got his first full time job at Prevention magazine as a staff writer. After that, he joined Rodale Press Magazines where he worked as an editor for 10 years. He became a staff writer in 1995 at Men’s Health. Later, in 1999, he was promoted to editor-in-chief of Men’s Health. After getting fired from there, he moved to Stuff as in same post. Greg Gutfeld helmed the Maxim Magazine in the U.K. and he was also a contributor to the Huffington Post from its lunch in 2005 till October of 2008.
