Jill Arrington Biography

Tiffany Jill Arrington is an American sportscaster born on July 27, 1972 in Conyers, Georgia, USA. She was previously a sideline reporter on college for ESPN during the 2004 season. She grew up with sports as a staple in her household. Her father Rick was a solid player in college for the Georgia Bulldogs and Tulsa Golden Hurricanes before he took his act to the NFL.

Arrington is a 1994 graduate of the University of Miami, where she double majored in Journalism and Political Science and minored in Drama. She was a member of the University’s Tennis Team and she was selected as the University’s Orange Bowl Princess and joined Delta Gamma Sorority.

Her career started off on a good note when she was hired as a production assistant at CNN. For five years, she served as a producer/correspondent for Main Floor, a syndicated lifestyle show. Arrington then branched off to become a reporter and segment producer for Real TV. Arrington took the NFL baton passed by her father when she was hired in 1999 to host the FOX Sports show NFL Under the Helmet.

She also began to report from the sideline during games and pulled double duty as an anchor on an Internet Business and News show. Arrington was the host of the Arena Football League’s Pregame Show on TNN as well as the sideline reporter for Arena Football Games for 3 seasons. She then went to CBS Sports as the lead sideline reporter on the South Eastern Conference College Football and US Open Tennis Tournament for four years as well as feature reporter on The NFL Today show.

She is particularly noted for her hot looks. In 2001, she was voted the sexiest sportscaster by Playboy. She was ranked #48 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2002 and #70 on the FHM 100 Sexiest Women of 2003. Playboy offered Jill $1,000,000 to undress before the camera but Arrington refused an offer to pose nude. She has been featured in commercials for Coors beer and played Deion Sanders’ wife in Nike’s “Briscoe High” commercials.

Arrington was married to ex-competition diver turned Hollywood talent agent Dean Panaro. The couple have a daughter Presley Kate Panaro, born in 2004. The family lives in Beverly Hills, California. After taking some time off to raise her daughter, she returned to FOX Sports in 2010 as host of FSN’s ‘Totally Nascar’, ‘College Football Saturday Preview’, and ‘Verizon NFL Mobile Updates on FOX NFL Sunday’, as well as the host of ‘FOX Sports Flash’. Jill currently hosts ‘FOX College Football Saturday Preview’. Today she prowls the sidelines of NFL games, carrying on the Pro Football Legacy that began with her father.
