An Irish actress Sarah Greene is originally from Cork but she later moved to Dublin. She is mostly known for appearing in The Guard in 2011, Love & Savagery 2009 and Noble in 2014. She got graduated from the Gaiety School of Acting in the year 2006. While in Dublin, she has performed in numbers of plays which also includes Peer Gynt, Alice in Funderland, Ellemenope Jones, and Between Foxrock and a Hard Place.
She made her film debut in 2008 in Eden. She then appeared in her second film which was titled Love & Savagery. It was the Canadian movie. Currently, she is appearing in Martin McDonaghs’s The Cripple of Inishmaan as Helen McCormick opposite to Daniel Radcliffe as Billy Claven. It is directed by Michael Grandage at the Cort Theatre on Broadway, NYC.
She also stars in Stephen Bradley’s forthcoming feature NOBLE as Christina Noble along with Deirdre O’Kane, Liam Cunnigham and Brendan Coyle. It is due for general release in September of 2014 and has already won Jury and Audience awards at the Boston Film Festival, Santa Barbara International Film Festival, Newport Beach Festival, Nashville and Dallas Festivals.
In addition to that, Sarah also has television which includes TV movie “Bachelors Walk Christmas Special” in 2006, TV series “Psych Ward” in 2009 and “Raw” in 2010. Her other filmography and television credits includes Raw, My Brothers, The Guard and Speed Dating. She has also appeared as Amber in Guna Nua’s award winning and highly acclaimed production of LITTLE GEM that won the Carol Tambor Best of Edinburgh Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
