Norah O' Donnell Biography

Norah O' Donnell is a beautiful Emmy Award winning American print and television journalist born on January 23, 1974, in Washington, D.C., USA. She was born into a military family and was raised in San Antonio, Texas. At present she is is the co-anchor of the show "This Morning" for CBS. She completed her graduation from Douglas MacArthur High School in San Antonio, Texas and later majored in Arts in philosophy in her Bachelor Degree. Afterwards, she attended the Georgetown University and mastered in liberal studies.

Earlier, she began her career by serving for the Capitol Hill newspaper "Roll Call" as a staff writer. Likewise, she had worked at MSNBC being a contributor and analyst. She also was the White House correspondent for NBC News between September 2003 to May 2005. She had contibuted for the NBC News "Today Show",and did a live anchoring for MSNBC. In her career, she has covered different stories such as presidential election (2008), presidential campaign of the former President Geoge W.Bush (2004) and presidential campaign of John McCain and George W. Bush (2000).

Prior working for CBS she was the Chief Washington Correspondent for MSNBC and contributed as a correspondent for the show "Today" and "Weekend Today". All her hard work finally paid her off as she was honored by "Emmy Award" for the  night coverage of election on NBC News. Apart from this, she was also acknowledged by a prestigious "Sigma Delta Chi Award " for her contribution on Breaking News Coverage. O'Donnell was one of the remarkable contibutors for several broadcasts at NBC News like The Today Show , NBC Nightly News , Dateline NBC and MSNBC. After her arrival in CBS, she started to filled in for Scott Pelley for the CBS Evening News in several occasions.

Again in 2005 on July, she gave birth to her third child, named Riley Norah Tracy (daughter). The couple  released the cookbook on August 2010 titled "Baby Love : Healthy, Easy, Delicious Meals for Your Baby and Toddler" for parents. The whole family is currently residing in Washington, D.C.
